I have been working as a psychological therapist since 1994, with much of it within the NHS, and public sector organisations, alongside my private practice.
I am a UKCP registered Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapist, and a UKCP registered Psychotherapeutic Supervisor.
To me, being integrative places the client at the centre of our relationship, and my comprehensive training allows me to draw on techniques I believe will effectively help the client. I am most influenced by the work and theories of Rogers, Jung's Analytical Psychology, Freud's Psychoanalysis, NLP, clinical hypnosis and more recently Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness.
